Effluent Treatment Plant
Concept to Commissioning of Effluent Treatment plant is our core subject.
We have handled - Engineering, Food, Pharma, Chemicals. Pesticides, API units for ETP
Effluent Treatment Plant
The wastewater generated during the industrial process is called effluent. Based on the manufacturing process the characteristics of effluent may vary.
Kwan Enviro’s Effluent Treatment Plant are available to treat effluent generated from various types of Industries. The treated effluent is well within prescribed standards that can be disposed of either in the land for irrigation and or for suitable reuse.
Activated Sludge Process
We use Activated sludge process for treating sewage or industrial wastewaters using aeration and a biological floc composed of bacteria and protozoa.
Upflow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket (UASB)
Upflow anaerobic sludge blanket (UASB) technology, normally referred to as UASB reactor, is a form of anaerobic digester that we used for wastewater treatment. The UASB reactor is a methanogenic (methane-producing) digester that evolved from the anaerobic clarigester. A similar but variant technology to UASB is the expanded granular sludge bed (EGSB) digester.
Sequential Batch Reactor (SBR)
Sequencing batch reactors (SBR) or sequential batch reactors are a type of activated sludge process for the treatment of wastewater. SBR reactors treat wastewater such as sewage or output from anaerobic digesters or mechanical biological treatment facilities in batches. Oxygen is bubbled through the mixture of wastewater and activated sludge to reduce the organic matter (measured as biochemical oxygen demand (BOD) and chemical oxygen demand (COD)). The treated effluent may be suitable for discharge to surface waters or possibly for use on land.
Membrane Bioreactor (MBR)
Membrane bioreactor is the combination of a membrane process like microfiltration or ultrafiltration with a biological wastewater treatment process, the activated sludge process. It is now widely used for municipal and industrial wastewater treatment.

Ammonia Stripper
The ammonia stripping process is based on the principle of mass transfer. It is a process, by which wastewater is contacted with air to strip the ammonia gas present in the wastewater.

Multi Effect Evaporator
Evaporator using the heat from Steam to evaporator Water. Multiple effect evaporation commonly uses sensible heat in the condensate to preheat liquor to be flashed.

The wastewater generated during the industrial process is called effluent. Based on the manufacturing process the characteristics of effluent may vary.

Laboratory
Environmental pollution is a matter of global concern today. Industrialization and development have largely contributed to the growing risk to public health
