Effluent Treatment Plant

ETP Services

Concept to Commissioning

Our core competence lies in taking your ETP project from concept to commissioning. We have successfully handled ETP projects in various industries, including engineering, food, pharma, chemicals, pesticides, and API units.

Activated Sludge Process

The activated sludge process is one of the effective methods for treating sewage and industrial wastewaters. It involves aeration and the use of a biological floc composed of bacteria and protozoa.

Upflow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket (UASB)

UASB technology is a methane-producing digester used for wastewater treatment. It is an efficient anaerobic technology for ETPs, evolved from the anaerobic clarigester.

Sequential Batch Reactor (SBR)

Sequential batch reactors are an activated sludge process used for wastewater treatment in batches. Oxygen is bubbled through the mixture of wastewater and activated sludge to reduce organic matter.

Membrane Bioreactor (MBR)

MBR combines a membrane process with the activated sludge process. It is widely used for municipal and industrial wastewater treatment, delivering superior effluent quality.

Oil Removal System

Our ETP services include specialized oil removal systems, such as Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) and API/TPI, for effective oil separation from effluent streams.

Ammonia Stripper

The ammonia stripping process is based on mass transfer and involves contacting wastewater with air to strip ammonia gas present in the effluent.

Sludge Handling System

We offer comprehensive sludge handling systems, including filter press and centrifuge, for efficient management of sludge generated during the treatment process.
